Overall, all of the Ted Talks were out standing. All of them made me feels deep emotions, I could relate them to my life and everyone were great oral presenters. My personal favourite was "What's so funny about mental illness?" by Ruby Wax. I loved this one because of it's message and originality. Ruby shared this serious message in a fun and interactive way. Things like putting on a lab coat, made her talk very comedic and lightened the mood. Ruby was all over an incredible speaker. Her voice was so interesting, and making eye contact with the audience frequently made an even bigger impact. She made me really think about mental illnesses, and how even though they're not a physical wound they are just as important. Ruby was talking about in this situation you have no evidence, like an x-ray sheet to show a broken bone but your sickness still exists. When she pulled out her own drawings, making jokes about how bad they were, it surprised me how she could still make me laugh when I was still feeling sorrow. Rudy Wax is an insperation and I really enjoyed her Ted Talk on mental illness.
